A med spa in Bellevue, KY on Fairfield Avenue, minutes from downtown Cincinnati. Which treatments we offer, how pricing works and how to choose a clinic.
Lobby Bellevue

Our med spa in Bellevue, KY sits on Fairfield Avenue in Campbell County, just across the Ohio River from downtown Cincinnati. It offers medical aesthetic treatments performed by medically trained providers under physician oversight. Availability of specific treatments varies between clinics, so confirm with the Bellevue team when you book.

The essentials

  • Located on Fairfield Avenue in Bellevue, KY, minutes from downtown Cincinnati and Newport.
  • The group’s menu covers injectables, laser hair removal, facial treatments and body contouring. Confirm what this clinic offers when you book.
  • Every new patient starts with a consultation, and the price is agreed before anything is scheduled.
  • No open-ended lifetime packages.
  • One of our highest-reviewed clinics in the group.

Where exactly is the Bellevue clinic?

Bellevue is a small river city in northern Kentucky, immediately east of Newport and directly across the water from Cincinnati’s east side. In practice that puts the clinic within a short drive of downtown Cincinnati, Newport, Covington, Fort Thomas and the eastern Cincinnati suburbs, without the parking situation of a downtown appointment.

We are a Kentucky clinic, not a Cincinnati one, and we would rather be precise about that than imply otherwise. Plenty of our patients cross the river for appointments because it is quicker than driving across town. The full address, current hours and the direct phone number are on the Bellevue location page.

What treatments are available in Bellevue?

The menu covers four groups. Specific device availability varies between locations in the group, so confirm at consultation rather than assuming.

Injectables

Botox and other neuromodulators for dynamic lines, plus dermal fillers for volume and contour. The Botox page explains how per-unit pricing works. The American Society for Dermatologic Surgery groups these products together as botulinum toxin treatments, and the differences between brands are about onset and spread rather than one being stronger.

Laser hair removal

Face and body, in courses rather than single sessions. The American Society of Plastic Surgeons notes that most people require between four and six sessions, with occasional maintenance. The laser hair removal page lists the areas treated.

Facial treatments

Microneedling, chemical peels, HydraFacial and light-based treatments for texture, pigmentation and overall skin quality. See the facial treatments page.

Body contouring

CoolSculpting for defined pockets of fat that have not responded to diet and exercise. It is a contouring treatment rather than a weight loss treatment, which is the distinction that matters most when deciding whether it is right for you.

How much does a med spa cost in Bellevue?

There is no single med spa price, because each category is priced in different units.

Treatment type Priced by What moves the total
Botox and neuromodulators Per unit Areas treated and units needed
Dermal fillers Per syringe Area and number of syringes
Laser hair removal Per session or course Size of the area, mainly
Body contouring Per applicator or cycle Number of areas and cycles
Facial treatments Per treatment or series Treatment type and whether it is a series

We quote after an assessment, not before. Membership plans are available for patients maintaining treatments through the year, and any promotion running at the Bellevue clinic appears on its location page.

We do not sell lifetime or unlimited packages. Patients arrive at our clinics regularly having prepaid a national chain for treatment they were later unable to use, and that experience is the reason for the policy.

How do I choose a med spa in northern Kentucky or Cincinnati?

The market on both sides of the river is crowded, and the questions that separate providers are the same everywhere.

  • Who performs the treatment? Ask about the individual, not the clinic.
  • Is there physician oversight? For injectables and medical lasers this is not optional.
  • Which device, and is it right for my skin? This matters most for lasers and deeper skin tones.
  • How is it priced, and what if I need more sessions than quoted? Get it in writing first.

Be cautious of a quote given before anyone has assessed you, of pressure to decide in the room, and of any promise of guaranteed or permanent results. Our guides to choosing a med spa and what separates a good clinic from a busy one go into more detail.

Which treatment should I start with?

Most people arrive with a concern rather than a treatment name, which is the right way round. The mapping is usually straightforward once someone has looked at you.

What is bothering you Usually points to Worth knowing
Lines that appear when you move your face Neuromodulators Works on movement, not on volume
Lines visible at rest, flattening, hollowing Dermal fillers Different problem from movement lines
Shaving, waxing, ingrown hairs Laser hair removal A course, not one session
Texture, dullness, pigmentation Facial treatments Often a series rather than a one-off
A defined pocket of fat Body contouring Contouring, not weight loss

Where people go wrong is booking the treatment a friend had rather than the one their concern calls for. The two most common mismatches we see are patients asking for a neuromodulator when the issue is volume loss, and patients expecting body contouring to work as weight loss. Both are avoidable in a ten-minute conversation.

What makes this clinic different from a national chain?

Scale, mostly, and what that does to how decisions get made. Esthetica Medspa is a women-led group with more than 18 years in medical aesthetics and over 500,000 treatments performed across all locations, but each clinic is small enough that the provider who treats you is likely to be the same person next time.

The Bellevue clinic is among the highest-reviewed in the group, which we mention less as a boast than as the thing worth checking yourself before booking anywhere. Read recent reviews rather than the total count, and look for whether people describe the same provider by name.

The other practical difference is the pricing model. No lifetime tiers, no unlimited packages, no pressure to commit to a multi-year plan in the room. You agree a price for what you are having and that is the arrangement.

What happens at a first visit?

The first appointment is an assessment. A provider reviews what you want to change, examines the area, asks about medical history, medications and previous treatments, and tells you what is realistic. If a different treatment would serve you better, that is when you should hear it.

Bring a list of medications and supplements. If you are considering laser treatment, mention recent sun exposure or self-tanner, because both can mean rescheduling. Expect to leave with a plan and a price rather than with a treatment, unless you are a candidate and choose to proceed.

It is worth arriving with a question rather than a request. “I do not like how tired I look in photographs” gives a provider far more to work with than “I want filler”, because the first describes the problem and the second assumes the solution. Bring photographs if there is a specific result you have in mind, and say plainly what you do not want as well, since knowing where your limit is helps as much as knowing your goal.

You should also feel able to leave without booking. A consultation that ends with a plan you want to think about is a normal outcome, and any clinic that treats it as a failed sale has told you something useful about how it operates.

Frequently asked questions

How far ahead should I book, and what about timing?

Consultations are usually easier to get than treatment slots, so booking the assessment first and the treatment afterwards tends to move faster than waiting for a combined appointment. Evenings and Saturdays go first, as they do everywhere.

Timing matters more than availability for some treatments. Laser hair removal runs as a course over months, so starting in autumn or winter suits people who want to be finished before summer and who find it easier to stay out of the sun in the meantime. Injectables need lead time before an event, because results build over days and minor bruising is possible. Body contouring works over weeks rather than days, so it is not a last-minute treatment either.

The one thing worth avoiding is booking any first treatment in the same week as something that matters. Give yourself room to see the result settle and, if needed, to have a review.

Is the Bellevue clinic close to Cincinnati?

Yes. The clinic is on Fairfield Avenue in Bellevue, Kentucky, across the Ohio River from Cincinnati’s east side and a short drive from downtown, Newport, Covington and Fort Thomas. It is a Kentucky clinic serving patients from both sides of the river.

What is the difference between a med spa and a day spa?

A med spa offers treatments that work below the surface of the skin and require medical training and physician oversight, such as injectables and medical-grade lasers. A day spa offers relaxation and surface-level skin care.

Do I need a consultation first?

Yes. Every new patient starts with a consultation so a provider can confirm you are a candidate, agree a plan and give you a price before anything is scheduled.

What treatments are on the menu?

The group’s menu covers injectables such as Botox and dermal fillers, laser hair removal for face and body, facial treatments such as microneedling and chemical peels, and body contouring. Availability of specific treatments and devices varies by clinic, so confirm with the Bellevue team when you book.

Do you offer memberships?

Yes, membership plans are available for patients maintaining treatments over time. We do not offer lifetime or unlimited packages. Ask about current options at your consultation.

Are med spa treatments safe?

Performed by trained providers under physician oversight, these are established treatments with documented risk profiles. All carry some risk, results vary between individuals, and the assessment beforehand is what keeps that risk low.

Booking a consultation in Bellevue

Come with the concern you want addressed rather than a treatment name, ask who will treat you and on what device, and get the plan and cost agreed before booking. The services directory lists what the group offers, and the Bellevue location page has current hours.
