Looking for a med spa San Antonio patients can trust? Esthetica Medspa San Antonio is at 1205 N Loop 1604 W, Suite 232, San Antonio, TX 78258, in the Stone Oak and 1604 area, and we focus on the three things patients ask for most: injectables, laser hair removal, and non-surgical body contouring. We are a Texas-licensed medical spa staffed by licensed clinicians under physician oversight. This guide walks you through what we treat, who treats you, our pricing, our hours, and what your free consultation looks like.

The essentials

  • Where: 1205 N Loop 1604 W, Suite 232, San Antonio, TX 78258, with free parking in front.
  • What we do: Injectables, laser hair removal, body contouring, and medical-grade facials, all under licensed provider oversight.
  • Pricing: Transparent and quoted in writing at a free consultation, with financing available.
  • Hours: Tuesday and Wednesday 9am to 8pm, Thursday to Saturday 9am to 6pm, closed Sunday and Monday.
  • The difference: A true medical spa runs under physician oversight with medical-grade devices, not a beauty-bar setup.

What makes a real med spa in San Antonio?

A real medical spa works under physician oversight, runs medical-grade devices, and uses pharmaceutical-grade injectables that only licensed clinicians can administer. San Antonio has dozens of businesses that call themselves a med spa, but that clinical standard is what separates a true one from a beauty bar. It is the part you cannot see on a price list, and it is the part that keeps you safe.

We are part of the Esthetica Medspa group, with seven locations across the country, so the protocols you receive in San Antonio are the same ones we use in our Tampa, Bellevue, and Louisville clinics, with continuing education shared across providers every quarter. What that means for you is consistent treatment plans, pricing in writing, and after-visit support that does not vanish once you leave the room. If a treatment is not right for your skin type or your goals, we will say so and recommend what is. Our guide on how to choose the best med spa can help you compare honestly.

What treatments do you offer at your San Antonio clinic?

Our 1604 W location is a full-service med spa, and the four most requested categories cover most of what patients come in for. Every first visit starts with a consultation, including a skin analysis, a review of your medical history, and a written quote, with no pressure to book.

  • Injectables: Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin for wrinkle relaxation, plus Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse, and Sculptra for dermal fillers in the cheeks, lips, jawline, and temples. See our Botox in San Antonio guide for treatment-area pricing.
  • Laser hair removal: Diode and Nd:YAG platforms suitable for Fitzpatrick I to VI skin types, treating the face, underarms, bikini, Brazilian, legs, and back. Our complete laser hair removal guide explains how a series works, and our laser hair removal San Antonio pricing guide breaks down local session costs.
  • Body contouring: CoolSculpting Elite for non-surgical fat reduction on the flanks, abdomen, thighs, submental area, and back, paired with skin-tightening when needed.
  • Skin and facials: Diamond Glow, chemical peels, microneedling, and pico-laser pigment correction. Our Diamond Glow San Antonio page covers protocols and recovery.

How much do treatments cost at your San Antonio med spa?

Pricing depends on the treatment, the area treated, and how many sessions you need, and your written quote at the consultation is always exact. As a guideline, here are typical starting prices at our San Antonio clinic. Memberships and package bundles lower the per-session cost, especially on laser hair removal series and CoolSculpting multi-cycle plans.

Treatment Starting price Typical course
Botox, Dysport, or Xeomin $13 per unit 20-60 units, every 3-4 months
Juvederm or Restylane filler $650 per syringe 1-3 syringes, touch-ups at 9-18 months
Laser hair removal, underarms $99 6-8 sessions, 4-6 weeks apart
Laser hair removal, Brazilian $199 6-8 sessions, 4-6 weeks apart
CoolSculpting, one cycle $750 2-4 cycles per area
Diamond Glow $199 Single session, monthly maintenance optional

We accept Cherry and CareCredit for financing, both of which let you pre-qualify online without affecting your credit score, and HSA or FSA cards are welcome for eligible treatments. The consultation itself is free.

Which treatments fit my goals?

Different goals lead to different plans, and these are the most common patient profiles we see at our San Antonio med spa. None of them is fixed. Your consultation builds the version that fits your goals and your budget.

  • In your 20s, prevent and maintain: light Botox, monthly Diamond Glow, and a laser hair removal series for underarms or Brazilian.
  • In your 30s, refresh the first signs: Botox in a few areas every three to four months, one or two syringes of filler in the cheeks and lips, and seasonal microneedling.
  • In your 40s, correct and recontour: a Botox and filler plan for midface restoration, CoolSculpting for stubborn areas, and Sculptra for volume.
  • In your 50s and beyond, restore and tighten: Sculptra, microneedling with radiofrequency for laxity, targeted filler and Botox, and pico-laser for sun damage.
  • On GLP-1 weight-loss medication: volume restoration with filler and Sculptra once your weight plateaus.
  • Male patients: Botox in the forehead and glabella, jawline definition with filler, laser hair removal for the back, and CoolSculpting for the chin and flanks.

Who treats you, and how do you keep patients safe?

Every injectable at our San Antonio clinic is administered by a nurse practitioner or registered nurse under the supervision of our medical director, and laser hair removal is performed by certified laser technicians trained on each platform we run. Energy-based treatments follow Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation requirements for medical-grade devices. That medical oversight is the line between a real med spa and a beauty bar.

Safety is the part of the work patients rarely see, and it is the part we take most seriously. Every injector is licensed in Texas and continues clinical education each quarter. First-time patients with deeper skin tones get a tone test before laser, with parameters recorded in the chart for the whole series, and on-site hyaluronidase is available at all times for filler complications. We use single-use needles and cannulas only, store pharmaceutical-grade products under controlled temperature, track them by lot number, and check in after every injectable or laser visit. For laser on Fitzpatrick IV to VI skin we use the Nd:YAG 1064 nm wavelength, explained in our laser hair removal for dark skin guide.

Where are you, and what are your hours?

Our San Antonio clinic sits in the Park North area off Loop 1604, between Stone Oak and the airport, with free surface parking in front of the building and ground-floor elevator access to Suite 232. From downtown San Antonio you are roughly 15 to 20 minutes away via US-281 N to Loop 1604, and from Stone Oak you are 8 to 10 minutes south. We are easy to reach from Encino Park, Shavano Park, Hollywood Park, and Alamo Heights.

The address is 1205 N Loop 1604 W, Suite 232, San Antonio, TX 78258, and you can reach us at 210-319-2900. We are open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am to 8pm, Thursday through Saturday from 9am to 6pm, and closed Sunday and Monday. Full directions and details are on our San Antonio location page.

What should I bring to my first visit?

To make the consultation efficient, bring a valid government ID and a list of your current medications and supplements, since some, like fish oil and vitamin E, can affect bruising risk with injectables. A short note on your medical history helps too: any chronic condition, prior aesthetic treatments, a history of cold sores or hyperpigmentation, and any allergies. Photographs of yourself from one to three years ago, if you have them, help us understand what feeling like yourself again means for you.

Come with a clear face if you can, so we can examine your skin properly, though we can remove makeup on site. Most of all, bring your questions and a little time. We block 30 to 45 minutes so the visit is never rushed, and you are welcome to bring a friend or partner to help you process the conversation.

Frequently asked questions

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. There is no charge and no obligation to book a treatment the same day. We would rather you take your written plan and quote home and think about it.

Do I need to be a current patient to book?

No. Most first-time patients come in for a consultation before any treatment. We block 30 to 45 minutes, and you leave with a written plan and a quote.

How far in advance should I book?

For consultations and Botox, one to two weeks is usually enough. For longer treatments like CoolSculpting or a multi-area laser session, two to three weeks is typical. Saturdays book out fastest.

Do you treat patients with darker skin tones?

Yes. For laser hair removal on Fitzpatrick IV to VI skin we use the Nd:YAG 1064 nm wavelength, which targets pigment in the hair follicle while protecting the surrounding skin better than older diode-only platforms.

Can I combine treatments in one visit?

Often, yes. Botox and a Diamond Glow are commonly paired, and laser hair removal can go alongside a chemical peel on different areas. We confirm what is safe at your consultation.

Do you offer financing?

We accept Cherry and CareCredit, and both let you pre-qualify online without affecting your credit score. HSA and FSA cards are welcome for eligible treatments.
